"Music, like people, constantly changes, so sonically I try to have my ear to the heartbeat of music and merge it with who I am to bring forth something fresh and authentic,” C.H.R.I.S. explains. “If you lived in my neighborhood in the mid to late 90s and you never had a Lost Boyz tape then something was wrong with you. The same way that those albums made me feel, how I related to those artist, is the same way I want the listener to relate to me, with the goal of sharing the truth I now lay hold of; Christ. Facts change from person to person, that is what makes us individuals, but truth will always be truth. It doesn't require belief or acceptance, it simply is.
